If you received a criminal citation or a copy of charge citation you MUST APPEAR before the judge before it can be closed, paid, or dismissed.
Please appear in court on the court date found on your citation. Court is virtual, you do not need to appear in person. To appear in court go to www.COSFVirtualCourt.com to enter the courtroom. There are additional instructions on the Virtual Court website.
Many criminal cases such as battery, assault, and criminal damage to property must be BOUND OVER to State Court of Fulton County. When you appear in court you will receive instructions about whether or not your case was bound over to another court.
